I have wagered on millions of rounds of vingt-et-un. I began working my way into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have bet on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. With all that said I have still lost all kinds of money at twenty-one. The casinos have made it basically impossible to defeat the house.

I still enjoy the game and wager on a regular basis. Over the years I have bet on a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won't get loaded with this tactic or beat the casino, still you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is founded on the idea that blackjack appears to be a game of runs. When you are on fire your hot, and when you're not you are NOT!

I bet with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I lose I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the wager back down to the original amount.

I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets extremely fun sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very quickly. Before you know it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had awesome runs a few times now. I left a $5 table at the Wynn a number of years back with $750 after 20 minutes using this method! And a number of days ago in Atlantic City I left a table with $1200!

You need to understand that you can say good-bye to a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be aghast at the runs you witness playing this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a five dollar table.

Bet five dollar
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 5 dollar bet

Bet five dollar
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total bet of 10 dollar

Bet 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $10 wager

Bet $10
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of twenty dollar

Bet twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $20 wager

Bet 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $40

Bet $40
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the initial forty dollar bet

Wager $40
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total wager of eighty dollar

Wager 80 dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the first eighty dollar wager

Wager $80
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total bet of $160

Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the original $160 wager

If you departed at this moment you would be up $315 !!

It is iffy to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you mustn't alter and lower your bet or the end result will not be the same.
