Blackjack is a game that somehow reminds me of a rollercoaster. Blackjack is a game that begins slowly, but gradually picks up speed. As you grow your bankroll, you feel like you are getting to the top of the coaster and then when you least expect it, the bottom drops out.

Blackjack is so very similar to a wild ride the similarities are unreal. As with the popular fairground experience, your black jack game will peak and things will be going well for awhile before it bottoms out one more time. You have to be a bettor that shall be able to adjust well to the ups and downs of the game given that the game of blackjack is awash with them.

If you like the little coaster, a coaster that cannot go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the rollercoaster ride is with a much bigger wager, then hop on for the ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high rolling gambler will love the view from the monster crazy ride because he/she is not thinking on the drop as they rush head first to the top of the game.

A win goal and a loss limit works well in blackjack, but very few bettors adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it's going up, that's an amazing feeling, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to flip and turn, you had better bail out in a hurry.

If you don't, you might not remember how much you enjoyed everything while your bankroll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a thrilling ride and your head in the clouds. As you are recounting "what ifs", you won't easily recount how "high up" you went but you will quickly remember that mortifying fall as clear as day.
